Very Berry Breakfast

I usually use frozen berries for my smoothie, but if you use fresh you may want to add some ice cubes before blending. If you prefer it sweet be sure to add 1 tablespoon of honey. Don’t forget that the thickness/consistency of your smoothies depend on the amount of milk you add.

Ingredients

  1. 1 banana
  2. ¼ cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
  3. ½ cup strawberries, frozen or fresh
  4. ½ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice, about 1 orange
  5. ¼ cup oats
  6. ½ cup greek yogurt
  7. ½ cup milk

Green Tea, Blueberry, and Banana

This is one of my favorite smoothies as it’s so refreshing (even if it sounds like an odd combo)!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 green tea bag (that you will place in a cup with boiling water, leave it to steep for 4 mins and then remove the tea bag and set aside to cool).
  2. 1 tsp honey (and steer it with the tea)
  3. 3 tbsp boiling water
  4. 1 medium banana, chopped then frozen
  5. 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  6. 1 cup low-fat milk
  7. 100g low-fat yoghurt
  8. 1 tbsp LSA
